I'm Amit — in motion.
A bit about me
I am Amit Sisodiya.
I come from an Army background, and today I work in the corporate world. The journey between the two has shaped me in quiet but meaningful ways — grounding me in discipline and resilience, and teaching me to navigate the pace and complexity of business.
Professionally, I've spent the last two decades building and leading teams across business, technology, and strategy. I enjoy taking ideas from a blank sheet to execution, creating impact, and growing alongside the people I work with.
Alongside this, a large part of my identity lies in what I write and speak about — Mind, Meditation, and Marketing. Behind every business decision, every success, every failure, there is a way of thinking. Understanding the mind changes how we lead, how we build, and how we connect.
This perspective didn't come overnight. It started during my school days in Leh, and slowly evolved into a personal practice — a way of staying aware and present, even while being fully engaged in life. Sports were the other constant: golf, swimming, football, basketball, running. They've been steady companions, building focus and balance that carry into everything else.
There's one idea I keep returning to, both in my own life and in conversations with others:
Please don't mistake me for something I said that you didn't agree with, or something that came out sharper than I intended. Don't mistake me for my ignorance, my naivety, or even my mistakes. And equally — don't mistake me for a single good act, a moment of courage, or something I said that resonated. Don't mistake me for my brilliance, my clarity, or my best days either.
None of these moments can truly represent who I am, or who I am becoming. They are just moments.
Like everyone else, I'm learning, growing, expanding, and changing. Perhaps the better way to see me — and each other — is as an ever-evolving expression of possibilities. With that lens, maybe we won't limit each other to fragments of time, and allow space instead to understand what we're becoming.
That's me — in motion.
Let's talk.
